Refund and Return Policy

At New Optics, customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships are our priorities. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be processed for products purchased from us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused and in their original condition.

Be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or improper handling.

Be accompanied by the relevant invoice or proof of purchase.
New Optics reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any return request.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Private label products.

Custom branded products.

OEM products.

Customized packaging orders.

Special production or made-to-order items.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer.
3. Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, New Optics will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or through another mutually agreed payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment providers, and international transfer procedures.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other government-imposed charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Replacements
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged due to production-related issues, New Optics may offer a replacement product subject to verification and approval.
Replacement requests should be submitted within the return eligibility period along with supporting photographs, videos, or relevant documentation where applicable.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an approved manufacturing defect or an error on the part of New Optics, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
For international orders, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges associated with returned shipments.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers are requested to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery and notify New Optics of any damaged, defective, or incorrect products as soon as reasonably possible.
Prompt reporting allows us to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
7. Cancellation Policy
As New Optics primarily operates on a business-to-business basis, order cancellations may only be accepted prior to procurement, production, or shipment of goods.
Orders involving customized products, private labelling, or special manufacturing cannot be cancelled once production or processing has commenced.
