Order confirmation shall only be deemed valid once it has been formally acknowledged by New Optics through written communication.

Prices are not displayed on our website and are provided upon request through quotations or direct communication.

All quotations provided by New Optics are valid for the period specified within the quotation document unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

New Optics accepts payments in Indian Rupees (INR) and United States Dollars (USD).

Depending on the nature of the transaction, orders may require either:

• Full advance payment prior to dispatch, or

• Partial advance payment with the remaining balance payable as mutually agreed.

Production, procurement, or shipment may commence only after receipt of the agreed payment amount.

6. Shipping and Delivery

New Optics supplies products to customers globally.

Delivery timelines provided by New Optics may be either estimated or guaranteed depending on the order type, shipping method, and destination country.

While every effort is made to meet agreed delivery schedules, New Optics shall not be held responsible for delays arising from customs procedures, transportation disruptions, force majeure events, government regulations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customs Duties and Import Charges

For international shipments, all customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, local levies, and regulatory fees shall be the sole responsibility of the customer or importing party.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations and product registration requirements applicable within their country or jurisdiction.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

New Optics accepts return requests within ten (10) calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in original packaging where possible.

• Not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.

Upon approval, New Optics may offer:

• A replacement product, or

• A refund as deemed appropriate by the company.

Custom-manufactured products, private-label products, customized packaging, and OEM orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

9. Product Quality and Warranty

New Optics is committed to supplying products that meet applicable quality standards and manufacturing specifications.

Customers are requested to inspect products upon receipt and notify New Optics promptly in the event of any manufacturing defect or quality concern.

Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited solely to manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available through New Optics, including but not limited to product images, catalogues, brochures, graphics, trademarks, logos, product descriptions, and website content, remains the intellectual property of New Optics unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of such materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, New Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of our products or services.

In all circumstances, the total liability of New Optics shall not exceed the value of the relevant order or transaction giving rise to the claim.

Customers purchasing products for import into foreign jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, import regulations, certifications, registration requirements, and product approvals applicable within their respective countries.

13. Children’s Use
